Your weekly content calendar is officially done, and you didn’t have to think about it. 🗓️
Every Sunday, we plan the full week for aesthetic practices. This week’s theme: late August urgency. Fall is close enough to feel, holiday math has started, and your audience is in planning mode.
Each day below comes with a hook and a caption starter. So grab your coffee and schedule the whole thing right now.
Monday: The Fall Countdown Post
Hook: “Counting backward from the holidays, here’s when to book.” 🍂
Caption starter: “Quick math for you. If you want your best skin by Thanksgiving, treatments should start now. Here’s the timeline for each one.”
Then list two or three treatments with their lead times. Deadline content books appointments faster than anything else this month.
Tuesday: The Objection Handler
Pick the reason people hesitate most and address it kindly. 💬
Hook: “The number one reason people put this off isn’t money. It’s this.”
Because when you name the hesitation out loud, you remove it. For keeping this warm instead of pushy, read How to Educate Clients on Instagram Without Sounding Salesy.
Wednesday: The Provider Spotlight
Midweek belongs to faces. 🫶
Caption starter: “Meet the person you’ll actually be sitting with. [Name] loves treating [specialty], drinks entirely too much iced coffee, and has been with us since [year].”
Simple, human, and it consistently outperforms polished promo graphics.
Thursday: The Save Worthy Educational Post
Give people something worth keeping. 📌
Hook: “Screenshot this before your next appointment.”
Post a timeline, a prep checklist, or an aftercare guide. Saves signal value to the algorithm, so ask for them directly.
Friday: The Local Connection
End the workweek in your community. 📍
Caption starter: “Friday plans in [City]? Ours involve [local spot] and possibly a nap. Drop your weekend plans below.”
Easy engagement, plus local relevance working quietly in the background. How to Get More Local MedSpa Clients on Instagram explains the payoff.
Saturday: Stories Only
Skip the feed post entirely. ☕
Run a poll, a question box, or a ten second treatment room clip. Weekend stories build connection with almost zero effort, and they keep your account active without the pressure.
Sunday: The Week Ahead Teaser
Close with a story previewing what’s coming. 👀
Caption starter: “Big week ahead. Two openings left on Wednesday, plus something new I’ve been waiting to share.”
Curiosity keeps followers checking back, and it quietly fills last minute gaps.
Your Sunday Tangible
Here’s the part that makes this stick. ⏱️
Set a fifteen minute timer right now. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Leave the rest for real time posting.
Three scheduled posts is the difference between a consistent week and a chaotic one. Meanwhile, your Monday self gets to just show up and work.
Which day are you scheduling first?
