Your weekly content plan is about to take ten minutes. 🗓️
Not thirty. Not an hour. Ten.
Because Sunday you is tired, and Monday you needs something to post. That’s the whole situation, so let’s solve it fast.
Three posts. Three prompts. Fill in the blanks and close your laptop.
Post One: Answer a Question
Think of one thing a client asked you this week. ✨
Fill this in:
“Someone asked me about ______ this week. Here’s the honest answer: ______. If you’ve been wondering the same thing, my DMs are open.”
That’s your whole caption. Done.
Post it Monday or Tuesday, whichever feels better.
Post Two: Say Something You Believe
This one builds trust faster than anything else you’ll post. 💬
Fill this in:
“Unpopular opinion: ______. Here’s why I feel that way: ______.”
Stuck? Try one of these:
- Something clients always get wrong
- A trend you won’t do
- Advice you give constantly
- Something you wish people knew before booking
Post it midweek.
Post Three: Open the Door
Every week needs one invitation. Just one. 🚪
Fill this in:
“[Number] spots left this week in [City]. If you’ve been thinking about ______, this is your sign. DM me and I’ll get you in.”
No pressure, no hype. Just an open door.
Post it Thursday or Friday.
That’s It. Genuinely.
Three posts covers everything your content needs to do. 🙌
One teaches. One builds trust. One invites.
Then fill the rest of the week with stories, because those take thirty seconds and keep you present without any planning at all.
Your Ten Minute Checklist
Here’s the whole weekly content plan in order. ✅
- Write post one from a real client question
- Write post two from something you believe
- Write post three with your actual openings
- Schedule all three
- Close the app
Set a timer. Most people finish in eight minutes once they stop editing themselves.

Do It Right Now
Your weekly content plan is three fill in the blanks away from finished. 💪
Open your notes app, fill in the three prompts, and schedule them before you make dinner.
Then enjoy your Sunday. Monday is handled.
Want Even Faster?
