November Instagram post ideas are HERE, and there is SO much to talk about this month! 🍂

Between BOTOX Cosmetic Day, holiday appointment reminders, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and end-of-year benefits, November is full of opportunities to connect with your audience and promote your aesthetic practice.

And I know what you’re thinking… how are we supposed to fit all of this into one month?! 😂

Well, that’s where a little planning comes in!

I’ve broken November into four weeks of content ideas, complete with hooks you can customize for your practice.

Let’s get into it!

Week One: Start the Holiday Booking Countdown

November is a great time to remind your patients to start thinking about their holiday appointments!

Whether they’re scheduling Botox, facials, or other aesthetic treatments, helping them understand when to book can make planning much easier.

Instagram Post Hook: “Planning your treatments before Thanksgiving? Here’s when I’d recommend booking!”

Create a carousel explaining how far in advance patients should schedule their favorite services.

Keep in mind that treatment timelines vary. For example, BOTOX Cosmetic results can continue developing for several weeks, while certain skincare treatments may require multiple appointments or recovery time.

Also post this week: A friendly gift card reminder! Holiday shopping is already on everyone’s mind, so it’s a great opportunity to showcase the gift cards and skincare products your practice offers.

Week Two: Get Ready for BOTOX Cosmetic Day

Mark your calendars because BOTOX Cosmetic Day is November 18, 2026! 💉

If your practice participates in Allē, this is a great opportunity to educate patients about the event and help them prepare.

Instagram Post Hook: “BOTOX Cosmetic Day is almost here! Have you checked your Allē account yet?”

Create a post explaining how the event works, where patients can find the official offer, and why they should make sure they can access their Allē account ahead of time.

For 2026, eligible Allē members can purchase a $50 BOTOX Cosmetic gift card and receive a second $50 card at no additional cost on November 18, while supplies last.

Also post this week: Seasonal skincare education! Talk about dry skin, protecting the skin barrier, and adjusting skincare routines as temperatures change.

Week Three: Black Friday and End-of-Year Benefits

Black Friday is coming, and so is the end of the year!

This is a great time to share helpful reminders and highlight any seasonal offers your practice has planned.

Black Friday Hook: “A little holiday treat from our team! Here’s what we have planned for Black Friday.”

Whether you’re offering skincare bundles, gift cards, or special packages, focus on helping patients understand what’s included and why they’ll love it.

End-of-Year Benefits Hook: “Friendly reminder! Have you checked your remaining FSA benefits for the year?”

Dermatology practices can use this opportunity to remind patients to review their benefits, plan deadlines, and eligibility for qualifying medical services.

Remember, HSA funds generally roll over, while FSA deadlines and carryover rules depend on the plan. Cosmetic treatments generally aren’t eligible expenses.

Week Four: A Little Gratitude Goes a Long Way

Thanksgiving week is the perfect opportunity to show your audience a little extra appreciation! 🩵

And this is one of my favorite types of content because it gives people a chance to connect with the team behind your practice.

Instagram Post Hook: “A little Thanksgiving appreciation post for the people who make our practice so special!”

Share a team photo, highlight something your practice is grateful for, or simply thank your patients for their continued support.

You can also keep holiday gift cards and skincare products visible through your stories as everyone starts shopping for December.

November Instagram Ideas by Specialty

Need a little more inspiration? Here’s how you can customize your November content based on your specialty.

Nurse Injectors: BOTOX Cosmetic Day, holiday treatment planning, Botox results timelines, and aftercare education.

Estheticians: Fall skincare routines, skin barrier health, pre-holiday facials, and winter skincare tips.

Dermatology Practices: Seasonal eczema concerns, dry skin education, eligible end-of-year benefits, and skin check reminders.

Plastic Surgeons: Recovery timelines, consultation preparation, planning future procedures, and patient education.

What Instagram Formats Should You Use This Month?

You don’t need to turn every idea into a reel!

Try using carousels for treatment timelines and educational tips, reels for provider advice and behind-the-scenes content, and stories for appointment reminders, polls, and quick updates.

Our guide to the 5 types of templates every aesthetic practice needs can help you create a nice mix without overcomplicating things.

What Content Should You Plan Ahead?

If there’s anything I’d recommend preparing early, it’s your BOTOX Cosmetic Day and Black Friday content.

Both have specific dates, so having your graphics and captions ready ahead of time makes things SO much easier.

And if planning content feels overwhelming, our week of content in under an hour guide walks you through a simple batching routine.

How often should I post on Instagram in November?

Two to three quality feed posts per week, along with regular stories, is a great starting point. Choose a schedule that works for your practice!

Should aesthetic practices run Black Friday promotions?

Absolutely, if they make sense for your business! Gift cards, skincare bundles, and thoughtful seasonal offers can be great options.
