BOTOX Cosmetic Day is November 18 this year, and I need you to hear me on something. 💉
The practices that win this day aren’t the ones who post about it on November 18.
They’re the ones posting about it right now.
Because the whole thing hinges on patients having an Allē account before the offer goes live. And nobody signs up the morning of. They see your post, mean to do it later, and then forget.
So let’s get you ahead of it.
Start With the Allē Push, Not the Offer
Your first few posts shouldn’t even be about the deal.
They should be about the one tiny thing people need to do first: make a free Allē account.
“Tiny to-do before November 18: set up your Allē account. Takes about as long as ordering coffee.”
That’s it. Low pressure, zero selling, and it sets up everything that follows.
For Injectors and Med Spas
This is your Super Bowl, so treat it like one.
Post the countdown weekly starting now. Then daily the week of. Use stories hard on the 17th and 18th since that’s where urgency actually lands.
And here’s the move most people miss: stack your own offer on top. A lot of practices match the gift card value or add their own incentive. It turns a brand promotion into your promotion.

For Dermatology Practices
You have a credibility angle nobody else does, so use it.
Lean into “why I choose this product,” your training, and what makes an injector qualified. Your patients are choosing between you and a med spa with cheaper pricing, and this is your chance to explain the difference without sounding defensive.
Then pair it with the practical stuff. What a consultation looks like. How you assess. What you’d say no to.
More of that approach in Dermatologist Instagram Growth.
For Plastic Surgeons
Don’t skip this one just because it’s not surgical.
Injectables are often how a patient meets you. They come in for tox, they trust you, and two years later they’re booking something bigger.
So post about it, and use the opportunity to show your aesthetic philosophy. “Here’s why I’d rather undertreat and have you come back.”
That single post does more for your surgical pipeline than you’d think.
For Estheticians
You might not inject, but your clients are absolutely participating.
So be the person who explains how it fits with their skin plan. What to do before. What to avoid after. Why tox and good skin health work together.
You stay relevant in the conversation, and you remind people their skincare provider has opinions worth hearing.
Don’t Forget November 19
The day after is when everyone goes quiet, and that’s a mistake.
People have gift cards burning holes in their pockets. Post about booking. Remind them of the redemption window.
That follow-up post is where the actual appointments come from.
Start Your Allē Posts This Week
Seriously, today if you can.
One post telling people to set up their free account. Then build from there.
