A weekly Friday column from The Aesthetic Vault

Every Friday we ask ourselves one question.

If we were running a Med Spa right now, fully booked week, exhausted, ten minutes before the last client of the day, what would we actually post this weekend? Not what sounds impressive. Not what a marketing guru would say. Furthermore not what takes three hours to produce. Just the real, specific, genuinely effective content that keeps a practice visible, trusted, and booked while the rest of the industry goes quiet on Saturday morning.

Here is exactly what we would post. Steal all of it.

Friday — The Post That Makes Your Ideal Client Feel Seen

Friday is not the day for a hard sell. Consequently it is also not the day for a treatment menu or a promotional graphic nobody asked for.

Instead Friday is the day you post something that makes your ideal client stop mid-scroll and think “wait, that is literally me.” Start with a problem she is already experiencing, not a treatment you want to sell her. Something like “anyone else feel like their skin completely changes in summer?” or “if hyperpigmentation has been driving you crazy lately, you are genuinely not alone.” Furthermore lead with the frustration before you lead with the solution because people engage with problems before they engage with answers.

That one shift, problem first, solution second, changes your engagement overnight.

Post this today: Open your camera right now and film yourself saying the one skin complaint you hear most from clients this time of year. Thirty seconds. No script. That is your Friday Reel and it will outperform anything you spent an hour planning.

Saturday — The Post That Makes People Feel Like They Know You

Here is the Saturday content secret that the most trusted aesthetic businesses already know. Your audience does not want more information on Saturdays. Instead they want to feel like they are in your world for a minute.

Behind the scenes of your treatment room being reset. The product you personally cannot stop recommending right now. A completely unfiltered thirty second clip of your Saturday morning before anyone else is awake. These are the moments that make a follower feel like a friend, and consequently that feeling of familiarity is precisely what moves someone from “I have been thinking about booking” to “I just booked.”

Additionally the less polished it looks, the better it performs. Saturday audiences are relaxed and they want content that matches that energy.

Post this today: Show one thing your audience never normally gets to see. One honest unfiltered moment from your weekend. Do not overthink it. Post it before you talk yourself out of it.

Sunday — The Post That Makes Monday Feel Like an Event

Most practices completely skip Sunday content. Furthermore most of them wonder why Monday engagement always feels like starting from zero. Those two things are directly connected.

Sunday is your warm-up act. It is the teaser trailer for your week. A simple “this week we are talking about [topic] and if you have ever wondered about [specific concern], you will not want to miss it” post takes four minutes to create and builds genuine anticipation before Monday even arrives. Consequently when you show up Monday with your content, your audience is already waiting for it instead of scrolling past it.

That anticipation is not an accident. It is a habit the most consistent aesthetic businesses have built quietly over time, and it is one of the easiest wins available to you right now.

Post this today: Film a ten second Story teasing one thing you are covering this week. Make it specific enough to be curious-inducing. Vague teasers get ignored, specific ones get saved.

The One Thing We Would Not Do This Weekend

Spend more than thirty minutes total on any of this.

The practices going quiet this weekend are not doing so because they are lazy. Instead they are doing so because content feels like a massive production that requires energy they simply do not have after a full week of clients. Consequently the solution is not more effort, it is less friction.

Three posts. Three action steps. Thirty minutes across three days. That is the entire weekend strategy. And honestly the practices building the most loyal audiences right now are not doing dramatically more than that.
