Welcome to your Sunday content reset.
Every Sunday, The Aesthetic Vault is giving you a fresh weekly social media content calendar created for MedSpas, nurse injectors, estheticians, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery practices.
The goal is simple: open the calendar, see what makes sense for your practice, and start the week knowing what you could post.
No Sunday night content spiral required.
Here’s your plan for the week below ↓

Now, let’s make those ideas a little easier to use.
And if seven ideas already feel like seven too many, start smaller. Our guide, How to Turn One Treatment Into a Week of Social Media Content, shows you how to take one treatment or topic and turn it into multiple posts without starting from scratch every day.
Now, let’s break down this week’s calendar.
Monday: Answer the Question You Hear on Repeat
You know the question.
The one your team answers so often that everyone could probably recite the response together.
Use it.
For a nurse injector, that might be a common Botox or filler question.
An esthetician could answer something clients regularly misunderstand about skincare.
A dermatology practice might address a common question about acne, sun protection, or skin checks.
A plastic surgery practice could explain something about consultations, procedures, or recovery.
Easy hook:
“We get asked this all the time, so let’s talk about it.”
One question. One clear answer.
Monday is handled.
Tuesday: Bust One Myth
Tuesday is for the thing your team wishes people would stop believing.
Choose one misconception related to your specialty and explain it clearly.
Try:
“You’ve probably heard ________. Here’s what you should know.”
Keep it focused.
You do not need to explain the entire treatment, every possible outcome, three unrelated FAQs, and the history of medical aesthetics in one carousel.
One myth is enough.
If your educational posts tend to sound more like a brochure than social media content, read How to Educate Clients on Instagram Without Sounding Salesy.
Wednesday: Show Something Normal
Your normal Wednesday may be interesting to someone who has never been inside your practice.
Show the treatment room before the first appointment.
Introduce someone on the team.
Film a provider preparing for the day.
Share a quick look at continuing education or something happening behind the scenes.
This does not need a professional video shoot.
Please do not turn “film a quick clip” into a three-hour production.
The point is to show a real moment from the practice.
Thursday: Give One Treatment the Spotlight
Choose one treatment, procedure, service, or area of expertise.
Now give it an interesting angle.
Skip:
“Did you know we offer _____?”
Try:
“The question everyone asks before booking this treatment.”
“What surprises people most about this procedure.”
“Who usually asks us about this service?”
“The biggest misconception about this treatment.”
You are talking about the same service, but now there is a reason to stop and read.
Friday: Put a Real Person on the Feed
By Friday, give the graphics a break.
Put a provider or team member on the feed.
You could share:
- A quick provider Q&A
- A team introduction
- A day-at-the-practice Reel
- One thing your team learned this week
- A fun question answered by everyone in the office
Keep this one easy.
Your audience does not need a dramatic life story. They just need occasional reminders that real people are behind the practice.
Saturday: Create Something Worth Saving
Saturday is for the useful post.
Think about something your audience may want to return to later.
Depending on your specialty, that could be:
- A treatment timeline before an event
- Questions to ask during a consultation
- A seasonal skincare checklist
- A treatment preparation guide
- A simple educational reminder
- A quick comparison guide
Before posting, ask yourself:
Would someone save this because they might need it later?
If yes, you have your Saturday post.
Now go enjoy your weekend.
Sunday: Let Your Audience Help Plan Next Week
You made it to Sunday.
Before you start planning another week, make your audience do a tiny bit of the work.
Use an Instagram Story poll or question box.
Ask:
“What should we talk about next week?”
Give them two topics related to your specialty.
Botox or filler?
Acne or pigmentation?
Morning skincare or nighttime skincare?
Treatment preparation or recovery?
Now you have Sunday engagement and ideas for next week.
We love an efficient system.
Your 5-Minute Sunday Prep
Before Monday morning, choose three things:
Monday: What question are you answering?
Thursday: What treatment, procedure, service, or concern are you highlighting?
Friday: Who is getting in front of the camera?
That is enough to get started.
You do not need to publish seven feed posts just because this calendar has seven ideas.
Choose the ideas that fit your practice. Use some for the feed. Turn others into Stories. Save one for a busy week when your content calendar needs help.
The goal of a social media content calendar is to make marketing easier.
Not give you seven more things to panic about.
