Before you post.… just pause for a second.
Not to overthink it, but to make sure what you’re about to post actually works.
Because most MedSpa content doesn’t fail from lack of effort.
It usually misses on a few small things that make a big difference.
Here’s a quick checklist I’d run through before posting anything.
1. Would you actually stop and watch this?
Be honest.
If you saw this while scrolling, would you pause, or keep going?
That first line matters more than anything else.
2. Is this easy to understand?
If someone has to reread it, it’s already too much.
Simple always wins.
3. Are you explaining… or assuming?
You know what you’re doing. Your clients don’t.
Break things down like you’re talking to someone brand new.
4. Is this helping or just filling space?
Every post should either:
- answer something
- explain something
- or connect with someone
If it’s not doing that, it’s probably not doing much.
5. Did you explain the result?
Before and after posts are great, but only if people understand what changed.
Tell them what you did and why it mattered.
6. Is your message clear?
If someone lands on your post, they should “get it” in a few seconds.
No guessing.
7. Did you give them a next step?
This is where most people drop the ball.
Even something simple like:
“message us if you’ve been thinking about this”
You have to guide them.
8. Does this match your profile?
You can have great content, but if your page is confusing, people won’t convert.
If you haven’t looked at your bio in a while, start here:

9. Are you overcomplicating it?
Most of the time, you don’t need more.
You just need clearer.
10. Did you actually hit “post”… or overthink it?
This one matters.
Consistency beats perfection every time.
The real issue most MedSpa providers run into
It’s not content ideas.
It’s the constant second guessing.
That’s what slows everything down.
If you want this to feel easier
You can keep running through this checklist every time…
Or you can just have it mapped out already.
If you want something simple to follow, I put together free templates you can use:
If you’re tired of figuring this out every week
At some point, it’s not about “what should I post?”
It’s about making this part of your business easier.
